then drive another 1 hr would do i still have to take 45 min driving break ontop of wtd 30 min break

No, you would only have to take a 15 minute WTD break to be legal, but you could take 30 minutes if you wanted

No, you would only need 30 minutes break for the tacho rules regardless of whether you took 15 or 30 minutes at the 6 hour point. The second part of a split tacho break has to be 30 minutes regardless of how long the first part was, between 15 and 44 minutes obviously.
A break period can count for both the WTD and the tacho rules so you don’t have to take a full 45 in addition to any break taken for the WTD.
