A couple of questions.
Does time spent on a course count towards your WTD hours?
I assume if you are getting paid you’re at work.
Secondly, I invoice a standard shift based on 10 hours, I’m rarely if ever at work for 10 hours (usually 6 or less), my tacho obviously shows the hours I work and break/rest periods.
If I work 4.5 hours + 45 break, then work 1.5 hours then my shift ends, this equals a shift of 6hrs 45mins of which 6 hours counts for WTD, assuming I do this 6 times a week = 36 hours for WTD.
I’d obviously invoice 6x10 = 60 hours am I right in saying I’ve 12 hours left over for WTD (48 - 36 = 12) as it works on hours actually worked, not hours invoiced.
