2.if drivers must taked 7 hours compensation.some time if drivers have 15-16 hours rest between shift this 7 hours can ad to 9 hours dayly.but in this situation this 15 hours rest must be counted for reduced daily rest.Correct■■?

1 - the week in which the 10 belongs to is the week in which the 10th hour was started
2 - 16 hours off can be a reduced daily rest of 9 hours plus 7 hours compensation
