Wrong way M6 Toll

Any Eu country can just give ban to entry in country, but if Uk drivers go to France that France can give ban, revoke licence but you can back to Uk after prison and apply for new plastic card.

dont tell anyone .but…apply for duplicate licence a week before ban …hand in original licence to court…keep newly posted duplicate…change address/country and swap it for that nationality one…keep on trucking unless your very unfortunate to cop it back in the uk again…chances are slim… if you time it right, you can have a uk and a foriegn licence in your posesion at the same time as well as digicard…whatever country your in,then show the one for the other country if stopped.some ex sas dude told me that in a rdc waiting room after he showed me his herald bunk key,so it must be true…

Not sure how Britain can ban a Foreign National On a Foreign driving licence, although someone will obviously put me right…

They’ll be banned from British roads and also the Republic of Ireland which is the only EU country we have an agreement with. It’ll be legal everywhere else. :open_mouth: :open_mouth:

If British authorities do their job correctly the Romanian drivers will be banned from the whole EU. What I mean is if UK DVLA informs its Romanian counterpart(Romanian institution issuing DL’s) for the court decision via official channels, the drivers will be banned from driving in the EU. But most times British authorities dont care about the EU as long as the driver is banned from UK.
Bulgarian drivers with suspended licences from Italy and Spain were fined trying to get new licences back home, stating they lost their DL’s.

Luckily we aren’t ( yet ) a part of any reciprocal agreements in Europe regards licence penalties.Still being subject to a 2 year derogation regarding implementation of the latest bs directive regards cross border penalties.Which hopefully now won’t happen with Brexit at least ‘if’ we get it.Probably because we aren’t stupid enough to want uk drivers losing their licence for ridiculous,‘speeding’ infringements on clear French motorways for example. As part of a crusade to stop East Euro nutters from driving the wrong way along our motorways which we can do under the present country specific system. Also bearing in mind that even the USA doesn’t have an interstate licence penalty system.
