This is just lawyers touting for work ,i can’t see any past convictions getting quashed over a bit of incorrect paperwork.
Nice to see the BBC have finally caught up with the rest of the news outlets anyway this was first reported back in december last year ,i think it mentioned on here regarding the ones on the M25 with the same problem

Exactly and because those cameras are only active when the speed has been reduced due to accidents or congestion then they are speeding at the worst possible time so to expect it to be overturned on a technicality seems a bit churlish to me

Nor can I although I can’t see why people are objecting to legal loopholes. The authorites don’t hesitate to use the law to their advantage so why not the rest of us?
