Hi people, does anybody have the figures for this family run firm in Northampton, specifically salary/hourly rate?
I’ve found other topics about the company but none answered this question and most were out of date by now.

Wouldnt have thought it would be much above the national average…they used to be based in Ransome Rd but have moved to St James a couple of years ago…motors look pretty old…agency I used to work for was always asking me if I would do a shift in there but always politely declined the offer sorry cant help any more

Thanks for the reply, yeah they used to be up opposite Newland Coachworks - there’s still a few guys on site there (as Wreford’s) but not sure what they’re doing up there now.
I’ve noticed the fleet is a mix of fairly old and nearly new - I’d imagine the new starters and agency guys get lumbered with the older equipment, it’s always been the way in my experience!

They’ve got a Euro 6 Daf XF, to the other extreme they have a Leyland Comet.
