Would you take an artic up this city street?

I’d walk up and have a look if it would fit.

I would have a walk, just to see what I was getting myself into.
Today I had a delivery in London and the Advice Note actually had written on it ‘No artics, vans only’
The owner of the shop was not impressed and wrote on the POD…“Specsavers for the Shipping guys”,…My gaffer was well impressed with that when I pointed it out to him

Driving into it, there’s not the width to allow the trailer to be straight so it’d smack into the building on the nearside.

Not sure how wide the approach is that you’re on when you took the photo but it could be one of those places that is actually possible to get an artic into but only in reverse. Had a few of those in my time.

One way street nearly pedestrianised, More room than the picture reveals. Delivery address correct, have a quick look…I would go into it. Correct position there’s ample room. Depends on the confidence and experience of the driver but after a quick shufty I would be in there and blocking the road for the delivery.
