My Operator’s Licence says that I have to enter and leave my operating centres in forward gear.
There is one area (at the end of a dead end road) that my artics have to go onto the road in order to reverse straight onto a bay.
Do you think I break the undertaking on my Operator’s Licence by doing this?

It depends how friendly you are with the neighbours I imagine.
But I think the fact that you have that addendum, there must have been a planning issue at some time or another.
