Interior reminds idea of Luigi Colani’s truck. What do you think of it ? Personally I think it’s good. It would remove N/S blind spot problem and give wider view plus it would be universal for continental work.
No thanks as it’s a daf in disguise and will no doubt have a shocking zf auto gearbox.
Vile
Its actually a peterbilt, so probably has ■■■■■■■■ or a mack under the bonnet if it gives a driver more comfort, and a lot more space with all the extras, why not.
I like it and would like to have drive. I can’t understand why they design trucks like bricks,I look at mine and wonder why they don’t round them off on the front least. It could be easily done without any loss to the interior space. Surely even a slight curve from side to side and from top to bottom is going to have a good effect on the economy of the vehicle.

same here current euro units have all the aerodynamics of breeze block and don’t seem to have moved on much since horses got the old heave-ho.
we could have more aerodynamic lorries if the EU pulled its head from out of its arse and change the overall length rules. They could appease the operators, drivers and tree huggers in one foul swoop. 51’ maximum trailer length and no limit to the tractor unit length, providing the tractor unit dosn’t carry goods itself.
nothing new really

and don’t forget you’d be blindside reversing all the time.
