Far as I can see the agency driver simply got on with the job, its what we do, especially if we’re any good and know a particular company’s routine. I’m assuming some office bod gave him the running sheet or did you leave that in the vehicle along with the keys. Blindingly obvious that the agency driver isn’t the plonker.
