As said, you get usually anywhere between £20-£30 for a night out, and its up to you if you pocket the money and sleep on an industrial estate, or park in a service area and pay for the ’ privilege '.
You shouldn’t be using your night out money to pay for parking, I know not every boss thinks like this but it should be n/o money plus any parking paid on top.
We get our parking cost refunded on return to base including extra cost for meal voucher, we’re also told to park where ever we prefer weather it be services, truckstop or lay-by.
