First days can be ■■■■, chill out take your time, write a list of what you have to do, keys etc. It will get better and you will start to enjoy, dont be afraid to ask, we all started somewhere
Good luck on your next one

Doesn’t sound too bad to me. Keep calm. Keep checking. Enjoy it and crack on.
It’s all about experience, and without any the early days and weeks are going to be tough. It is a steep learning curve, but over time you’ll get the hang of it. Some of the things you struggle with now will become second nature soon, and some of the things you find really traumatic now will hardly phase you in months to come.
Time is all it takes…time to build that all important experience.
I look back to my early trucking days (only a few months back) and I’m so much further on now. There are still some dramas and panics, but there is also an increasing amount of fun in the job too. Open road driving is almost second nature, and instincts cut in on where to position the wagon for turns and junctions.
Keep at it, you’ll get better.
Best advice I can give is-Take your Time, don’t rush about that’s when accidents happen. The first few weeks will be long, leave your Must Get Home by ‘X OCLOCK’ head at home, if you get stuck out-so be it.
It’s better to take a couple of extra hours @ £10/£15 per hour than to cause £5,000 of damage to a £30,000 motor.
