Workingtime directive makes it dificult

I don’t come to 48 hour/Week ,but to do overtime by a other Company were dificult.
To go as Cleaner in a Fitnesclub at weekend for £6.-/hour,plus free Membership £75.-/month,plus reduction in Restorant of 40% didn’t work,as Eastern European Girls need a place were they are registered with Insurence and so.
asked just by an Agency for Parttime Job in a Kitchen.
