I’ve had a disagreement about Tachograph regs.

If a driver takes a reduced 24hr rest. Then s

tarts a working week on a Sunday am, does this wipe the slate clean .

For 90 fortnightly drive.

On board Tachograph doesn’t give a 9hr drive availability.

As it says 90hr limit will be reached before the 9hr drive.

Will 90hr fortnightly reset 00.00 hrs on Monday for A fixed week?

For the maximum 56 hours driving per week and the maximum 90 hours driving per fortnight the week is 00:00 Monday to 24:00 Sunday (fixed week).

So a reduced weekly rest period over Saturday/Sunday does not reset the maximum 90 hours driving over two weeks.

The 90 hours driving per fortnight is a rolling two week period and each week starts at 00:00 Monday.
