Does anyone happen to know of any working/driving time regulations that cover van drivers like myself? Such as how many hours can be worked in one shift and how many hours I am to have off by law before commencing the next shift? Surely vans do have some sort of regulation despite not having tachos, after all, I’m strill driving a vehicle for commercial gain for a living.

Light Goods vehicles ( not exceeding 3.5 tonnes) are covered by the British domestic rules -
Maximum daily driving time 10 hours
Maximum daily duty time 11 hours
There is no requirement to keep records
