What’s the law on how many hours a FORTNIGHT that you can work? I know it’s 60 hours per week, just can’t seem to find it.

For the RT(WT)R there is no specific fortnightly working time limit just the weekly limit of 60 hours.

No there’s not a fortnightly limit, for the working time regulations there’s just the weekly limit of 60 hours and of course the average of 48 hours per week over the reference period.

I suspect you’re thinking of driving time - 56 hours per week or 90 over 2 weeks rolling.

Don’t ask me if thats per fixed week Sun to Sun or what as I haven’t a clue (no intentions of getting near it). :slight_smile:
