can anyone confirm the working time break needing if on shift over 12 hours. Know it is 45 mins up to 12 hours.

Working time and driving time have nothing to do with shift time
If you are asking how much working time breaks are needed when the other work + driving added together is needed then …
A total of 30 mins if between 6 and 9 hours
A total of 45 mins if over 9 hours
There is no 12 hour rule
Working time breaks can be taken in as little as 15 min blocks
Must not work/drive more than 6 hours at any point without at least a 15 min break
