I currently work 4 days on 4 days off 12 hour shifts. What hours would I be allowed to drive on my 4 off if my main job isn’t driving ?
Not sure if correct but I’d imagine it would be the 12h remaining from the 48h you’ve already worked as 60h working time directive.

Main non driving job and driving job are under different WTDs and the two do not get added together so the WTD is not going to be an issue
What will be an issue is the rest rules for the EU tacho regs so you need to work it that no more than 144 hours is done between weekly rests and you have a weekly rest in every fixed week with at least every other weekly rest being at least 45 hours long and the others at least 24 hours long
The main job counts as other work for the EU regs so cannot be counted as rest
