i work a rolling rota , which on paper doesn’t look quite right , but we don’t work sundays . ,but it should work out to be a 48 hr week to be colated over a 26 week average period .
the days are set at 12 hr& 10 hr periods , but am regularly doing 13-14 hr days , my driving time is fine i can work that out , but how many 12hr+ days can i legally work in any one week ?
if i have a 5day week can i work 12hr’s+ for the full five days ?

can work 5 12s…cannot exceed 60hours work in any week.
but remember breaks and poa dont count towards wtd. so if doing 12hours duty but 2 hours on break that is only 10 hours work…

In a 5 day week you can work three 15h shifts and two 13h shifts, assuming your starts times fall such that you get the required daily rest periods between them. However that said, you must also ensure that your total “working time” for the week doesn’t exceed 60 hours. This “working time” is the sum of driving time and other work, and does not include breaks or POA.
