Working hours info fast please

hello, just wanted to know how many hours can you legally work in a week incuding other work, I worked
14 hours monday, 10 driving 4 other work ( 05:00 to 19;00 hr)
13 1/2 hours tuesday 9 hours driving 4 1/2 other work (03;30 to 16:00)
15 wedsday 10 hours driving, 5 other work (04;00 to 19:00)
today I done 13 hours 9 driving, 4 other work 05;00 to 18;00)… tomorrow is 04:30 start
when I got in this evening to the yard they said I will be driving to Glasgow 5am tomorrow and coming back saturday… this would mean my week ending would be close to 70 hours which seems a lot to me ?
I am on 38 hours with my driving, I know you can work a max of 56 followed by a 34 next week but its the total hours that’s worrying me…
thank you for your help…

For the RT(WT)R 2005 you can legally do 60 hours working time in a fixed week (midnight Sunday to midnight Sunday), working time does not include breaks or POA.

mon 1900 to tue 0330 = 8.5 hours not min of 9

0330 to 1600 = 12.5 hours not 13.5

bit confused !!

I noticed that aswell, you have not taken your 9 hours daily rest Monday night, so if you get pulled by VOSA, expect a fine!! If you don’t then the office will prob pick up on it and “mention” it to you!!!

Yes sorry should have said my time elapsed after the tacho came out as I was kept on the yard after to prep another truck so I was going by my time sheet for my wages, I did have the nine hours break between the tacho disk coming out and a new one going in…spoken to one hgv driver who worked 80 hours last week, I don’t mind the hours but want to stay inside the regs cause fines are expensive, just trying to get things right…thanks for responding

I liked the typo of - NONE hours break before you changed it to NINE hours break

Yes thanks for noticing lol… I use my kindle fire a lot and it haves auto correct so when I miss type it changes to the nearest matching word… I have now downloaded a multi time app and have set two count down times, one for five and half hours for total work and one for 4 hours drive time giving me half hour to get sorted cause my company had me running dangerously close to my hours up in Scotland, I had eight tips to make on a nine hour drive time as I had already used my two tens early in the week, taking into consideration it taken my first 4 & half plus 30 minutes after my first break just to get to my first tip I think they were pushing it a bit… some of the other tips were 40 minutes away and a few had dodgy addresses and asking for directions around Glasgow is no laughing matter… I would have understood a Chinese man who never spoken a word of English better lol… having words with piers in the morning cause if they want them sort of journeys out of me I want to be on a ten so I have a extra hour back up… trouble is they look on a computer to see how far apart the tips are but in the real world of driving we have road works, traffic jams, road accidents and bad weather to contend with…because I was short on time I ended up parked on a busy place with no pub to grab a hot meal and a pint and had a facooking pot noodle and a cup of horlicks !
