I worked for wincanton for 7 years doing chilled
I was layed off when are depot closed 4 months ago unlike some i am not bitter and don,t hold it against them even though i still haven,t found a full time job.
I would take a job back with them in a second they like things done within the rules, so as long as you can do that its a good company to work for .
My brother-in-law works for them as an Ops manager in a warehouse and he never has any problems with them what so ever. he tells me that the lorry drivers he loads for only do 1-2 drops a day.
