I’d have another pair again they aren’t the cheapest but u get what u pay for with them ! .Had a few pairs of JCB 1’s in last few years which have been good and I’ve currently got some Scuff’s 1’s I brought from wickes for 30 quid and they are holding up to muddy building sites quite well at the moment .

Really comfy and light, had them 18 months and they are still in good nick, easy to drive with too as the cuff is not too high and the sole is not too stiff.

There might not be a red light district but ■■■■ has its own diving club, lol.

I have these, usually around the £70-£80 mark. Wear them near enough six days a week, every week. Had the current pair a year now and nearly due to get a new pair
Just found some nubuck waterproof De Walt ‘Titanium’ boots on Screwfix site, good reviews 60 quid, just what I’m looking for, going there to buy some tomorrow.
Atlan boots are good are good, I’m on a second pair of these, they last me about two years , I coat them with hot oil & dubbing to keep the wet out .
I also got dickies boots as a light weight alternative for the summer months. The first pair lasted only a couple of months, I was climbing down out of the truck & my foot landed on the edge of a large pothole unbeknown to me, until my foot slid off the edge, swinging me instanly around facing the opposite way completely, nearly breaking my arm still holding the rail, twisted my ankle , & ripped the sole of my new boots on the one side
