Had a phonecall last night from the manager of the place I work quite a lot on agency , asked him about giving me a try on artic and he said that they were changing the trunking around a bit and were gonna put on another artic for darlaston and when it comes up its mine to have a crack at , hes already told them to call me when its all finalised brill news and the depot at darlaston I know well masses of room ! so hopefully soon will be able to post some piccies of my first run in artic , cant wait for that call now
Congrats Jennie, that’s great news for you and best of luck Dean, I imagine this is for artic too? I should have some news about my CE also come the end of the week.

Took my CV to around 10-12 different companies. All said they would let me know but not taking on at the moment.
Just gotta keep plodding on

Post your cv onto job sites such as CV library etc, I did that and just from that ive got an interview on Thursday with a frozen food company near me. Printed off a dozen cv’s last night so I can go knocking on doors. Probably do that wednesday now.

Hey you don’t get disheartened keep going something will turn up I can feel it in my bones just a thought but I see buses advertising for drivers and they train u up can’t say I’ve seen any recently but do they do that round your area they may put you through training They pay for training and you will have a job at end of it might be worth going into your local bus depot or coach depot
so hopefully soon will be able to post some piccies of my first run in artic , cant wait for that call now
