I think predictive text might have got the better of poor old dozy, cos from the question maybe he meant ‘Woolwich Ferry’ ?
If my guess is correct, dozy needs to click this link:
Fairy nuff?
Giz us a kiss and I’ll tell ya.
Dozy, you will need to book a cabin if crosing overnight, the duty free shop is on the third deck, past the swimmimg pool and casino, i was on the Woolwich ferry last week, there is a cinema on deck one .Enjoy, the bar opens from 19.00 to midnight on production of a valid drivers CPC card.

It was all shut last time i went on!!!
And apparently if the crossing is going to be rough you have to lash your lorry yourself.
when you have finished playing pool hand the white ball to the captain … he will give you a voucher to go below decks and hunt for the golden rivet. think the crossing takes three weeks so make sure you have a change of clothes

Do they provide the Whip ?
If you are coming North then check your trailer before getting on
We don’t want any more Sarf Londoners smuggling over.
Is this sailing going to be with your porta cabin?
As mentioned don’t forget to ask for your meal voucher for the drivers restaurant (downstairs). Lorry drivers get a voucher on the Wooly.
Dozy, I travelled on it back in the fifties with my dad in his old Seddon and, because he hadn’t got enough cash on him (being owned by Woolworths dad has wrongly assumed that it would only be sixpence) we were given an oar each. I was only eight years old, for the following month at school I got the ■■■■ taken out of me due to having arms and legs thicker than my body but things returned to normal eventually. No duty free back then either, I remember it having a bar and a cinema only we were too busy rowing the bloody thing that we didn’t have time to visit them. So take plenty of cash and sit back to enjoy the trip, tell us about your voyage please.
Pete.
I do love riding on a fairy #BoomTish
Don’t forget your passport , duty frees and ask for a cabin with a view

Do any auto-corrects still have the word Woolworth? They tend to get rid of words that are out of use and Woolworth’s has been out since, what, 2009? And some are very good at place names - SwiftKey has pretty much every English place name (but lacks other major place names, like US states).
Do fairies even need to sail, though? I thought they had wings. Are there any that are capable of hauling 44 tonnes across the Thames?
Windows 10 automatically offers Woolworth as the “correct” word if you type “Woolwich”, likewise iOS. Android is happy with Woolwich.
So did you catch the fairy Dozy? Please do update us.
That made me laugh Woolworth Fairy
didnt know if it was about a fairy, or woolworths…anyway the lorry over the edge was owned by Hiltons Transport services, a company where i learned to drive, rope and sheet, it put me on my career path, a Charlton firm based on the site of the old UGB ( united glass ) factory ( where i also worked as a carton stitcher ha ha true !! ) before i got my driving licence, passed my test in a Ford Anglia 100E…oh oh waffling again…memories flooding back…I actually started my truck driving career for HTS in Eltham, but 2 weeks after we moved to our new site in Charlton. I worked for a while on Ship to Shore
in a Thames trader, then promoted to a proper lorry…a Bedford TK…moving timber off the ship on to shore, where i learned to do a dolly knot, but that was after i lost my first load of timber ( 6 sets ) in the little canal on a bend at the side of the road ha ha …better stop now i`ve woken up the brain cells.
