if you rotate the picture there js a sitra tanker parked up on the l/h side which may be responsible for the incident more so than the white man truck.
It isn’t if you continue up the road you will notice the setra truck keeps on driving and theres no damage to it

I’d say she’s been side swiped by one of the two wagons you can see, or maybe she’s missed her turning or left a small child behind somewhere.
