This trailer is in vosa storage at wincantons, wood lane, rothwell, leeds ls26.
It turned up sometime last week but no unit is there just the trailer.

Maybe Wincanton are keeping the fridge motor topped up or on electrics. Maybe it is a Wincanton load

It does look like there is a cable attached to the front of the trailer!
The wincantons yard is where they do the lawnmowers nothing chilled. There is also a seized paddy wagon there thats been there for a few months but i suppose thats just on a break as well.

This place is a holding area for Vosa and also customs and excise, I know this because I’ve taken trucks vans and trailers! The warehouse is bonded as well so it’s a very secure place

Can’t see a problem with a government agency renting space from a business. No different from say Stan Robinson who has a VOSA testing facility. I’m sure there trucks don’t get an easier test that another company’s truck.
