Can’t really see Simon Mayo getting the listening figures that the last 3 hosts have, but I think policeman look too young now

OMG i am truly gutted! I purposely turn radio 2 off at 6 because of him. Terry is a legend and makes everyone laugh, Chris is soooo dated. This is a BAD IDEA people, change it back !!!

How about getting Ken Bruce to start at 7.30AM and go on til 5.00 PM. That way we wouldn’t have to listen to the boring bloke at dinner time or the iritating simpleton in the afternoon.
I think he is quitting before he has to do his 35 hours of compulsory PERIODIC DRIVEL CPC training

i stopped listening to Radio 2 because of that stupid cow Sarah Kennedy, the amount of times she talks about her cats is unreal 
then there was the time that she kept talking about vomiting, correct me if i’m wrong, but isn’t 06:00 to 07:30 classed as the early breakfast show? not really the appropriate time to be talking about such a subject 
to put it bluntly, that woman BOILS MY ■■■■

Speaking about cats, the ‘dearly beloved’ and name dropping of people she’s having/had lunch with or going to see a play with, makes my my ■■■■ boil too, no wonder they only give her a 90minute show

Or it could be that they spend to much time analysing music instead of playing it, they appear to have little or no humour and one of them can’t get through a sentence without tripping over his own tongue
They do play some music you wouldn’t otherwise here though I’ll give them that, but hopefully when they reach the end of Hadrian’s Wall they’ll keep on walking in a straight line never to be heard of again 
Radio 2 has got some talent, if you need talent to play music, but the specialist stuff is good. Paul Jones, Mark Lamarr. even Bob Dylan has a place.
Chris Evans is a good presenter, and many of his detractors are judging him from his TV days. I did myself when he replaced Johnie Walker but have since changed my mind.

Radcliffe and Maconi - are worth a listen
would have liked to hear Richard Allinson taking over the drivetime show, or maybe Zoe Ball as she did a good job sitting in for Ken Bruce a while back
as for Desmond Carrington, Brian Matthews, Nigel Ogden it’s straight for the off button !

Cant stand Vine, the sound of his voice just makes me want to smack him…
Personally I listen to Heart FM, either the London one in the truck (the breakfast show with Jamie Theakston is good - Toby Anstis later on has the same reaction as Vine) and Berkshire and North Hampshire Heart in the car…
