More manhole rings ■■?
Concrete pipes,this time.
Fine and dandy around there. Hope you enjoyed New Addington
Yes I did.
I came out your way…as I had a collection from weybridge.
All good.
Long time ago, but I used to deliver in Billingshurst, which is just before you get to Wis/Grn. Don’t know where you’re coming from, (is it New Add?), I used to go down the A24 and turn left onto the A272 at the traffic lights, (there used to be a BP garage there at the junction, entry is from the 272, turn left into it after you’ve turned onto it, good place to have a 45) which takes you to Billingshurst (then carry on to your destination).
The 272 is countrified, hedges trees etc., but reasonably truck friendly, better than that road to New Addington !!!
I’m back in Nottingham now

Happy to help.
You can do A24/A29 then right onto the A272 at Billingshurst, the A29 is single . Me personally I’d prefer the A24 dual all the way to the A272 at Copsale and T/R towards Billingshurst, but that’s because I used to stop for a break at the services on the junction of the 24 and the 272

No and No ! As the last 200 yards in to the centre of town is narrow and not good for a modern Artic
Take the A264 off the A24 at Broadbridge Heath towards Billingshurst then at 5 oaks turn left at roundabout on to A29 next roundabout take by pass around Bilingshurst then next roundabout take right hand turn marked A272 Petworth/midhurst
Warning ! 200yards up is a sharp r/h bend then 1/2mile on is a narrow bridge no lights etc first come first cross

Give me a break Billingshurst is P easy , even for a modern Artic. My choice of route, because I used to stop at the services.
If you look again I did post further down that the A24/A29 route was ok too, coming off the 24 at Beare Green towards Billinghurst, then left onto the 272.
Good run down…used the a264 in the end.
Lads on the back tipping atm.
Quick bowl of fruit and fibre…then turn and burn
Thanks for your help guys

I said that route as I regularly use it when coming back from Kent or Surrey and the M25 A3 M3 are up the creek and I’m heading back , Just got to watch the A272 around Petworth
