Who says he not already got a unrestricted licence to drive that thing however would you not need a yellow flashing light due to speed is very slow?
Had a call from the alarm monitoring centre at 3.30 this morning. Rolled out of bed, plenty of snow and still going for it. Got to the centre, false alarm (which is good) but had the maiden voyage on tango tractor.
At least the yard will have been clear for the early starters this morning. Bet they don’t appreciate it!

Petes probably paying the local youfs to trigger the alarm so he can have a play. 10 minutes of donuts in big beauty then a quick clear up so no one could tell then back to bed haha
Amber beacon would only be required if he took it on an unrestricted dual carriageway (other than simply crossing from one side to the other).
