Just heard that Winteringham Haulage from Batley, W. Yorkshire are to close the transport side, with loss of 10 jobs. They are concentrating on the vehicle maintenence division of the business.

Thats them, mainly flats, another good firm gone 
Just to make it clear they haven’t gone to the wall nor bankrupt, from what I’ve heard the haulage side just wasn’t making money and they decided to call it a day.

Which is what I said in the origional post … they are concentrating on the vehicle maintenance division … run as separate part of the business … seems that is making money.
Very few companies are making any money nowadays large or small
