amazing pictures!!! i knew the winter got like that but guess i never gave the sumer any thought (all i knew was the mosquito population increased severly!!)

I am affraid that my idea to go to Siberia this summer for next total solar eclipse with my nissan primera and my frien’s ford scorpio must be rethinked… :wink:

probably a good idea!!! i went to russia for the first time last summer, and i dont think i would ever take anything smaller than a truck there, the drivings too bad when they have ‘proper’ roads!!

There are a few more sections on there, and one section is about the Moscow-St Petersburg ‘Highway of Death’, which is 300 miles ,long and almost all 2 lane.

The most horrifying picture must be this one - a truck coming the other way in the same lane (they drive on the right in Russia)…I don’t like to think what happened next!!! :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth:

Of coures it’s being towed backwards!! The bumper is almost touching the road!
