Windows down and deafness

A poster on Trucknet mentioned after 25 years of driving, that he was going deaf in one ear,due to driving with the windows down,if he drove 90 hours a fortnight, that is 54,000 hours of wind and traffic noise.
I used to wear ear plugs when driving and even wore ear defenders, used to get laughed at,but who has got the last laugh now, pardon, you what?
Engine noise and vibration,at ten hours a day anyone.

You are still getting laughed at Toby.

The other person needs to experiment with hydrogen peroxide or olive oil.

Ear wax maybe.
