wincanton bought P&O out about 18 months or so ago… and wincanton Hienz have always trunked up there… the yard used to be at bathgate where all them new cars get parked

ok,they bought them out 18 months ago.but correct me if i’m wrong here.if a company ie wincanton take over p&o would they not insist that the name wincanton stays on their depots premises. :question: if so why have they changed it back to p&o :question: is there something that they ain’t tell you’s :bulb: :bulb:

this is the somerfields /kwik save near suttons i live round the corner and i have been there to see about jobs and all they was offering was reach / pickers until in the next few months so i am going to call back then

i worked there for a day on an agency while waiting for my previous job to call me it was alright up there but you use a diffrent unit for each job (this may just be the agy though)

Wincanton shouldnt have a problem filling these jobs, as they have just sacked 352 drivers in Milton Keynes because of a lost contract :open_mouth:

These contracts are won and lost on price. If P&O Wincanton cant make it pay, how can another company come in and do it cheaper.
