Hi all ,i have a driving assessment at wincanton rdc on tuesday,could ant body offer any info as to what is entailed?please
Not done many driving assessments or for wincanton.
The person doing the assessment might tell you what
they are looking for like seeing if you are safe driving the
truck and how fuel efficient your driving is. You will do a
reverse and uncouple/couple up. You will probably use a
tacho and they might ask questions while on the drive like
what is the speed on this road ect or ask what the last sign
was you just passed. A guy who does assessments for tnt
takes you down a road and does what examiners do by
saying something like follow the road a head unless road
signs say other wise and about a mile down the road you
have to turn right as there is a weight limit ahead.
Lots of listening to bullcrap and mountains of papers too.
