Any info on what to expect got a 2nd interview, driving test for wincantons soon they said driving test questioner

Had the interview then driving assessment two weeks later, never heard from them again.
My interview with Wincanton was 100 multiple choice questions on the highway code,drivers hours and pre shift check procedures.After that i had a driving assessment that lasted one hour which included a mixture of motorway,town and a reverse onto a bay.Because Wincanton use Fleetboard they look for a smooth safe drive,try if possible to keep harsh braking and over revving to a minimum.The third part of the interview was the character assassination 
which lasted about half an hour.I have worked for Wincanton for a while now and i have to say they are a decent firm to work for.
