Wincanton brick work

Anyone got any info on what they are like to work for? This would be on the work they’ve taken from Stobart out of Hulland Ward

Site says £39k for 52.5av hours, 4 nights out and crane ticket.

Possibly being made redundant from the rail job I have, and looking at my options

Worked for a subbie for them. Well organised, not pushed, short days mainly due to opening and closing times of sites and factories (make sure you are paid a sensible daily rate and not only hours worked!) Their drivers seemed happy enough and kit was decent. Only downside could be bad weather slowing demand but think artic units can be subbed to other divisions- containers or general if necessary. You need to accept their way of working ppe h&s etc but isn’t that the way these days. In all I would say go for it.
