Don’t know about the interview process as I didn’t work for them. The job itself is a piece of cake, well it was with the company I worked for doing the same job, (used to to be British but now part of a group owned by the Germans). Nitrogen and Oxygen deliveries, we used to use our own hydraulic powered pumps, AP used to plug in a heavy electric cable into a socket by the customers tank. Connect the hose, open a couple of valves and away you go. If they’re anything like the outfit I worked for they talk elf and safety like it’s going out of fashion but if it costs them… not much happens!
I think the Wincanton lads get paid 50 / 55hrs then o/t after that but don’t quote me on that.
