Should the haulier take some responsibility for the theft as it happened in their yard, if they are claiming for the trailer then surely they have insurance to cover the load they are carrying? Either way poor woman.
Brings a whole new meaning to “loosing your home”
I think the yard must take responsibility for the loss…the same as a car undergoing repairs prior to putting it on the road legally with insurance and an m.o.t. ( not forgetting a road fund licence ) This lady had the onus of insuring it when ion site, and possibly would still be insured on the new site for damage caused whilst there, so insureance must be in place in the yard, for public liability, and the rest, so should pay out to replace the home whilst in their care.
On the other hand, someone somewhere must have seen this giant caravan travelling, or being delivered to its new home in ■■■■■ Lane` or Holiday park close.
I believe it was spotted in the third lane travelling quickly, can’t remember what motorway it was.
