Why?

Can anybody explain why some people decide to have a conversation next to their car/lorry/van whilst in a layby only a few feet from the road?

I see it quite alot. Maybe some people think they are invincible but look at how many people have been killed changing tyres etc. Just seems to be asking for trouble IMO. Maybe a wing mirror round the back of the head will teach them a lesson?

In the last week I’ve also had two women decide to go and stand next to the driver’s door of their car on a narrow street even though I’m approaching and very close. Maybe they expect me to stop so they can get in the car, everybody is so impatient. The old bird yesterday saw me approaching and it was a narrow street but still went and stood right next to her car, bizarre. No I did’nt stop on either occassion, common sense would mean you wait on the kerb until vehicles have passed until you open you car door and get in

I like the worlds best mums that overhang the pushchair over the kerb. Thick as ■■■■.

Aye.

Just clip them with your wing mirror. That’ll teach em

Best ones are the diks who get their Sainsburys shopping out the nearside and then leave the back door open on the offside, get the pram out and then their “sweet little angel” right in the path of some 16 tonne truck.

So you give em the toot and the mrs thumb and four daughters handshake and the cheeky buggers look at you as though your the numptie.

These people really are 888888 dumb!!!

Why ask us ?
Next time just stop and ask them.

The ones that i find ridiculous are those people that watch you pull up in your wagon then wait…until your in the process of reversing then decide it’s the right time to walk/ drive behind you. :unamused:
