Why I hate POA

Ever heard of full time employment

Ever heard of full time employment

Yeh.
Note to self.

Never consider going on agency.
If that’s a normal agency day, I’d be climbing the ■■■■ walls after a week.

Poking my head above the wall and got to say that winseer has some valid points. Not everyone has the balls to turn down the job as it has come in late and you have been up all day.

But look at the OP from the point of view that we all hated the tacho rule changes, we all hated going to graph from books, we all hated going digital, we all hated dcpc, we all hate poa. In cab cameras will be mandatory soon and we all hate them too!

We hate a lot of things in our jobs but we all ■■■■ it up.

I can just see bosses and business leaders reading this topic and chuckling like kids, laughing at the idiots who think the industry is great [DISAPPOINTED BUT RELIEVED FACE]

I have now realised that I don’t hate my job, I just hate myself for doing something I’m great at for kudos rather than for reward.

I’d ■■■■■■ off too many people in any and all other walks of life I had once partaken of…

Yeh ? :open_mouth:

Btw RM ? Somebody posted that at me about you, I gennuinely thought ex. Royal Marine, and I joked back that I thought he meant Royal Mail,.and I was not scared of Postmen.
I’m beginning to think it was Royal Mail…is it??

Keep up at the back, Rob.

Everybody knows Winseers ex Royal Mail - therefore my gentle dig at him for allegedly barging about in his truck (although he totally lets the RM crowd down by using indicators :open_mouth: )

2 weeks work in one week, really? How many people do you know who works 30 hours per week on a full time job?

3…all at my place, crappy night trunks and as said earlier, I was one of those who worked the Friday before Xmas & boxing night, the Friday before New Year & New Year’s Day (can’t stand the thought of being sat with a bunch of gobby, drunken knobber kids that are on her side of the family and all the depressing talk that comes from a couple of bottles of wine from most of the females on her side either!)…not being much of a drinker anyway, it was a no brainier to work…did a total of 11.5hrs driving over the 4 shifts and 23hrs ‘on shift’ and home in time to be with the Mrs on NYE… and looking at what was around on the roads, I wasn’t the only one who worked and far more Brit trucks about than Euro ones
