Well being away from home for a week or 2…without the wife…theres the 1 and half minutes put to some good use!

ive always had a respect for HGVs but even more-so now that i can legally drive one and people who blatantly abuse their licenses just to get the job done quicker so they can get home for pie and ■■■■■…ALL NEED TO BE SHOT!

If you love your family so much and are such a law-abiding citizen then why wouldn’t you pull over and remove yourself from the dangerous situation? As we’ve already established, the highway code instructs you not to obstruct someone wishing to get past. Its not about ‘bullying’, its about keeping safe as a safe driver such as yourself will well understand?

I was going to say the same, hammer, but I couldn’t be arsed repeating myself for the 79th time.
Because we all know that passing your test means that you know how to drive. You only have to look at any number of car drivers every day to know thats wrong.
Oh and over confidence in your ability to drive is one of the most dangerous things on the road.

nonsense. You clearly don’t and as a new driver you still have lots to learn.
I have only been driving C+E for about 3 months and I have learnt so so so so much in them 3 months its amazing.
For example yesterday I learnt that in Lancashire, when other drivers flash you its not to warn of a speed camera, its because there is a sheep in the middle of the road.

Another newbie, we’ve all been there, we’ve all said "I wont rush about, and no-one will make me, you wait till you’ve been at it a few months kid, and your boss is expecting more from you, giving you tighter deadlines to follow, i’m sure as ■■■■ know for a fact that in a few months you’ll be moaning just as much as anyone about car drivers slowing you down.
It will be even worse when Mr car driver pulls out on you, then friggin slows to 45mph in a 60 zone, that will really ■■■■ you off
I was doing agency work went to there shambolic "interview"was told that we and our blue chip client dont take on just anyone,we expect a high standard of driving etc.Well was messed about something silly often recieved calls "do us a big favour go here go there "Well I am a driver thats what its all about ,but I was the slowest driver ,it was always where were you ,did you stop for tea did you get lost again did you break down every time this wagon is late you are driving it.The post man brought my P45 no comm .slip no thanks no nought.Its my licence so ZB them.Glad that I am not a younger man with a mortgage.
