I made a mistake today and basically ended up queuing in the wrong place for about 3 hours and when it was finally my turn the guy started shouting at me calling me idiot etc. I asked what is the reason for this? I don’t accept people talking down to me or being rude for no reason other than just doing my job. I find that accepting it and saying nothing doesnt help matters. If anyone continues to still act like a pratt after I have been diplomatic and friendly towards their attitude. I find a quick punch to the throat quite a calming action to take and usually does the trick and makes them see sense. Manners cost nothing and neither does respect for others.
