It’s not that difficult to understand.Driving for a living is a job of last resort for a lot of people.They are unable to get a decent job due to stupidity and/or a lack of education.Put yourself in the boss’s shoes.If you have an idiot that will work like an Canadian for almost no money in horrible conditions then you will take advantage of such a person.Why do you think you see few women in these jobs.They will not work like that.The same goes for miners,fishermen etc.Tell your son’s,get a woman’s job.They have the easiest ,best paying jobs.

But if we ever do get either of the other options here of all road transport here being just local work with four wheelers or the great workers revolution I’m sure that that all those from here who’ve voted with their feet to drive in North America will want to come back as that must be better than driving one of those yank outfits on long distance work. :unamused: :laughing: :laughing:
