That did vehicle deliveries on a small trailer? He used to do a picture blog periodically. Anyone remember his username? Thanks.

No that’s not him, he’s a plater. This guy had his own 4x4 with trailer, used to do mainly classic stuff.

Hi Rob, it was something like ‘Blue Dog’ and his posts were ‘Blue Dog’s Day’s’ IIRC :wink: His diaries were all about shifting cars around the UK with a big 4x4, think it was a Landcruiser, and James trailer. He always had his dogs with him and he shifted some very interesting stuff that’s for sure :smiley: His post’s were always well written with some good pics and he really got about, it gave you a real insight into the lighter end of the transport game.

I think he still uses that other site, not 100% though as I aint been on for a good while.

Wait a sec… When I was 18 I got a bloke to transport my red RS turbo from Egham to Markyate after I blew my gearbox up. He was called “flying blue dog” With a green land rover if I remember.
And as fate would have it, I saw him on the M40 on Saturday I think!!

@FarnboroughBoy11, that’s the fella ‘Flying Blue Dog’ he did go on to get a Toyota Landcruiser & he used to post his diaries on here and a couple of other forums, quite possible your RS was on here.

I remember he did take a picture of it, this must of been in 2007 I think. I’ve tried searching for for blue dogs day but couldn’t find anything, have you got a link Dave?, I would like to see if my car made the forum all those years ago.
