I’ve just been speaking to John eden at the Transport Cafe Website, he has had a request from a TV Company for help in finding a Driver, Preferably Continental to help with the making of a Scientific TV Program to be Shown on BBC2 and then throughout the World on the Discovery Channel at a later date.

Calling All Truckers, Transport Cafes, Truck Stops, Lorry Parks. The BBC is working on a brand new series called ‘The Truth About Food’ which is a specialist science series that will reveal the best foods for every area of your life; not just what to eat, but why. We are currently working on a ground-breaking study looking at how the digestive system works and are looking for truckers (ideally British and German) who’d be prepared to have a diet makeover for a week to try and improve their digestive health. We’re particularly looking for truckers who travel across Europe — because we’ll be using the international journey to mirror food’s journey through the body! We will work totally around you and your timings- this is a great opportunity for you to get involved in something that has never been seen before- its cutting edge, we will make it fun and you’ll be bringing science to the masses - the series will be shown across the world. swallow an electronic capsule so a Team of 3 or 4 Scientists can monitor the Drivers Digestive System during the week

Have you not seen “Inner Space” - the chaos one scientist can cause floating around inside you ■■ Never mind three or four of the little sods !!!
