Had something similar happen to me years ago when first past my test was nervous going slow along the cat n fiddle .
Some guy overtook me then pulled up I stopped he then came over shouting. Screaming why was I going slow he was in a rush etc.
Didn’t have camera footage had car reg description of him police werent interested.
I hope she is reported, tried and convicted for criminal damage, for that is what it was. Legally the lorry driver cannot carry on from that point until repairs are made i would have thought.
Many years ago I was subjected to what is now called brake checking on the A1. No idea why but after several goes I was so wound up that I was determined not to brake again. Good job they had had their fun because without any proof I could not have defended the case.
That’s gotta hurt…for days afterwards.
