Who passed what in 2012?

Well the end of 2012 is here. It could be a good time to recap who passed what in 2012

I will start the ball rolling.

I passed c+e with Peter Smythe Transport Traning in April at the second attempt.
Mike

I passed the C test first time, trained with Aberdeen Training Services (Brian Cassie) in June this year. Loving it!

I passed my ADR [7 classes packages and tankers] in August with Roadsafe, Southampton.
And C+E [first time] in October with Wayside Transport, Ferndown.

I passed a some trucks, some busses and a few cars. I passed wind a hell of a lot, I’ve managed to pass the buck once or twice but still not passed away though quite few other people did last year

I passed C+E in september first time with Essex transport training
I passed ADR in packages and tanks with Novadata Braintree

Several solid stools

I Passed ADR Core Tanks & Packages & Classes 2-6 & 8&9 with Mcphersons Training Elgin
C + E at second attempt with Mcphersons as well

I had first c+e test in oct but failed n got retest on fri 4th jan. did first 7 hrs of dcpc in oct, rest of it hopefully 2nd week in jan.

I passed my C+E with Lancaster Training Services back in March at the first attempt. Now I’m on with some agencey’s driving mainly C+E, Happy Days.

Passed C in February, and CE in March, both first time with Flair Training in Chelmsford.

Gary

Past Cat C first time with Westcountry Transport Training

I retook and passed the DSA register of LGV Instructors exams. I had let it lapse in 2008 and decided to retake them again. So that’s me good until Nov 2016

I paid for & passed my C+E, got a job on the haulage side of the firm I passed with, I was allocated a generously limited FH480 and now I pass everything.

Passed C in May. With Peter Smythe Transport Training, & in September C+E first time pass with a clean sheet ( I’m still grinning now) after returning to Peter Smythe for some excellant training
Previously did ADR at JMD training in EllesmerePort with diesel dave, did core packages & seven classes, & passed, & returned there again to do Tanks, & passed , again with exellant training

Now I’m out there driving all sorts of Class 1    …they say variety’s the spice of life!! :stuck_out_tongue: :grimacing:

I passed class 2 in June 2012, Class 1 in August 2012 and then gained full CPC qualification in October 2012

passed my class 1 in April along with ADR (both 1st time). Had already held my class 2 for 7 years.

It was a gigantic waste of money anyway. Never got to touch an artic since the test.

Forget artics… even class 2 work has been sparse in 2012. :frowning:

Hi all,
This is my first post on your site. I’ve been browsing through with interest as i have recently passed my C+E in Nov 2012 with CTT in Wolverhampton.
I have been researching satnavs (which bought me to your site) with a particular interest in the new tomtom 5150 but there’s a lot out there so i’ll keep researching for now (ProNav also looks good!). It’s lookin like they’re not too reliable anyway!!
I work for the emergency services but wanted another option as no job is bomb proof in this political climate.
As i had my C and D (auto) provided for me then the next natural step was C+E which converted upgraded and removed the auto restriction. This cost me (can i claim it back on tax?).
I’ve found a little work on my rota’s with an agency and had a few days out so far.
Christmas now out of the way and lookin forward to more days out drivin…

Cheers, kj

I passed my medical in September,
Eye Test in October,
Theory and Hazard perception tests in early December,
Passed Class C a week later, with Roadtrain in Grays,Essex
Received my revised License and Digicard on Christmas eve!
Did 1 day’s work last week through an agency and still looking for a permanent placement.

C pass June 15th

C+E pass October 12th

Both first time with Bassett’s at Tittensor.
