Local runs until Thursday, up to Dover in a car and then Friday night out to Austria with a coachload of skier dudes and dudettes.
Start of a new adventure for me. Tomorrow morning I’m meeting a driver at Ashford Truckstop and he’s taking me out to France to pick up my new truck and from there who knows.
Off to Avonmouth with a full load of ACO Plastic Drainage pipes, probably weighs about a ton.
Then phone in for a back load (knowing our planners it will be from Hull, Durrr !!!)
Bit Peeed off, co’s I picked up 28 ton of cement from Health & safety Hell/Lafarge, Cauldon, Staffs, (I nearly asked someone to hold my hand to take me for a Wee, co’s they treat you like 6 year olds 
)on friday for Wallingford/Monday & they decided to give that load to someone else, so I had to swop trailers on friday evening, taking all my straps off (because they will go missing If I don’t)
Oh, Muckaway, Trick with pump trucks- If you’ve got air suspension.
Lower the rear & raise the front if you are unloading & vise a versa if loading. let your friend Gravity do all the work ! 
Nice late start on Monday for a change (0330) 
First run over to Wing Nr Leighton Buzzard then a second run up to Bromsgrove,booked back in with 2nd load at 1415,should be home by 1600
Newton Aycliffe for 9 am and Garforth on the way back.
3am start, Down to Swansea, Reload Pontadawe for Theale
Off to Sanquhar Monday, if this bleedin snow doesn`t shut the quarry.
Probably down to Belvedere Tuesday,

Good advise there always lower my suspension before pulling pallets off!

Be the 1st whole week on a new contract 18tner. Load arrives at about 10am by the time its transhipped a latish start then drops around Honiton, Exeter then working down to Cornwall and as I wont get much done 1st day it’ll prob be a night around Plymouth.
Back up Tues reload and Weds be over west Wales with Weds night out back in Thurs then mop up on Friday.
Well I was out at 1am this morning but tomorrow I’m in McBurneys for 5am, things already looking up as it was originally 3am ! Not sure where I will be going though. Hopefully make a few more fruitful calls to get me out on Euro work. Things seem to have picked up slightly in the last week so will be calling a few people up to see if I can get myself moving !
