Not always this lucky Jock but this is my third trip this year that has involved hanging around for over a week to either help out or reload from same place, been to Firenze twice this year with a 6 day break between tipping and reloading.

The June trip to Firenze is always a costly affair as the missus always comes along on that one, there goes all my profits LOL

Wayne, I will be approaching via M50 - A40 - A449 Southbound. I seem to remember theres a Height or Weight limit on the A472 between the 449 and Pontypool, I’ll be runing at 13’ 3’’ high.
Cheers, Manwell.

from the A449 theres a 7.5 tonne weight limit except for access…the bend after the bridge crossing the river needs a bit of care…i dont know off hand the height of the railway bridge at Little Mill…i used to go up that road with a skip lorry so its not very low and i also sometimes went with a 4 metre if i was on a slow run to Pontypool

ps
security say brige is at least 14 foot 4.25 metres just go steady as the road rises ?

Cheers Hitch, the post code comes up 2.4 miles after the river crossing, so I’ll give the Usk route a try :smiling_imp:
