Morning Mrs. Mix … well, this week I am off to sunny Spain. The shunter is loading my trailer at the moment with a lovely light load and then I am off to Poblo Longra tomorrow afternoon from Portsmouth-Caen. Reload Wednesday lunchtime and home in time for the Rugby Final next Saturday morning
monday off work to take the wife to hospital in ilkeston.then on tuesday up to southport and liverpool.

11pm (yes you read that correct) tip in Croydon Monday night to a McDonalds restaurant,they must either be building a new one or refurbishing an old one,I’ve got two refrigeration units to crane off.
Then it’s up to Leeds to tip Tuesday.
Still got to start early Monday though,got to make my rest hours somewhere before I go into Croydon.

I’m going nowhere as well, but I will be thinking of all the poor fools dealing with Atlanta traffic and braving the warm sunny weather (78 degrees today!)

Thats right Cliff, rub it in. It was -10c here last night & -15c friday.
Friday morning I drove through a snow storm in Vermont, got diverted across a single dirt road in New hampshire, then an Ice storm in northern mass. It’s been below freezing all weekend.
start 0645 and do 2 trips into Nottingham, then probably over to Newark. Jonboy, keep your eyes out for me in the Ilkeston area, give us a wave, if you see an ERF with BLACK SHEEP in the windscreen. Boo, good luck for this week, especially Wednesday
I’ll be going where I always go… Ford Dagenham Engine Plant!!, and I am gonna hate it just as much as I normally do…Sigh

I’m off to Alconbury for 18:00 on Monday, and have no idea where I’m going. Felixstowe I think, then maybe back to Daventry or Alconbury. Then maybe do it again.
